Besides the stats on email, internet usage, productivity, multitasking, stress, work/life balance, filing, paperwork, organizing your physical space, and clutter, here&#039;s something that might get your attention:  the amount of vacations you take (or don&#039;t take) have a direct correlation to heart disease, depression, mental illness, and greater marital satisfaction. 
 
Being as productive and efficient as possible allows you to get more done in less time.  That means you just gave yourself a raise.  Which means you can take more time off.  :-)
